Founded in 2007, Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise of Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 290 million yuan.

In December 2020, Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. established a hotel group based on Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel Co., Ltd. and its subordinate hotels including Shenzhen Guesthouse, Shenzhen Silver Lake Conference Center, Shenzhen Yunhai Hotel, Shenmei Friendship Hotel and Shenzhen Landscape Hotel. In addition,  Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel Co., Ltd. also fulfills the management responsibilities of Courtyard Shenzhen Bay and Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel.

Wuzhou Guest House Group will be targeted at the international first-class hotel group and domestic well-known reception hotels (groups) of the government, guided by market-oriented, further improve the level of government affairs and business services, build an integrated platform for business, conference, tourism and other elements, and become a famous hotel management group integrating "brand + service + platform".
